Yoganauts is an Australian organisation offering movement skills, yoga moves and breathing exercises for schools since 2014. Our online classes and school incursion programs are designed to improve both mood and resilience.
We will work with your students to build balance and focus, we introduce them to new breathing techniques for self-management and develop their perseverance through challenging yet achievable exercises.
